The most underestimated ability when landing new clients or making sure that they stay, is really understanding the client's world! And – next to this is preparation and planning for client meetings where the focus is not on what you may potentially sell to them, but on who the clients are, and what their needs may be.

Being able to genuinely empathize with the clients worldview is the most important skill to build successful and lasting client relations, and this programme consists of exercises where the participants will practice these skills and, furthermore, be introduced to a model for preparation and planning – an efficient tool for a quick analysis of who the client is.

We offer both a 1-2-1 coaching programme and group training in how to build successful and lasting client relations. The programmes and workshops vary in length and focus according to our client's needs. Our base fee for this training is 180,- an hour.
