A consultancy and coaching package in successful outsourcing relations prepares companies and their key staff in launching and developing productive collaboration across cultural boundaries. Most off-shore outsourcing projects comprise many stakeholders and proper preparation will enable the project managers, specialists and other staff to negotiate the tricky aspects of different work cultures and ways of relating to authority and colleagues.

The focus is foremost on facilitating cultural awareness for the client. At the heart of this is being aware of one's own cultural identity as this is what guides behaviour and interaction. This will enable participants to further develop agile thinking that reflects a high level of cultural intelligence essential to build and maintain successful working relationships and alliances under testing circumstances. All programmes are uniquely tailored to meet the requirements of the participants' particular project(s).

 Consultations and a training/coaching programme usually consist of the following components:

•  Initial consultation to identify cultural challenges of the project and assess training needs.
• Group training and possibly individual coaching of few selected key staff in core components of a culturally intelligent approach to bridging cultures.
•  In collaboration with relevant staff, the consultant assists in planning and preparation of particular meetings and project phases. 
• On-going follow-up via phone, Skype or email for all participants.

The length of each programme depends on the project and the training needs identified with the consultant. The programme is delivered as tailored consultation and workshops for teams, as well as 1-2-1 consultations and coaching in person or on Skype.
