Mindset Coaching
The latest research in neuroscience indicates that we have far more power over our brain's capacity to develop and change our hard-wired patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving – also called our personality!
We are all a sum of inherited features (inherited neural networks) from our parents and parents' parents, and these form the basis for new neural networks that we create when we acquire new knowledge and experience, some of which become a hard-wired part of our personality. Most often we are not even aware of how we are controlled by these sub-conscious patterns.
With your thoughts and your powers of intention and focus you can change your brain! You can change your bad habits and automatic reactive responses into new neural networks that reflect a new proactive you. It requires determination and focus, but the rewards are huge as you take full responsibility for your life.
By mentally rehearsing skills, situations, reactions etc. you can improve your ability to perform successfully to a remarkable degree. The brain cannot tell the difference between what you experience in real life and what you mentally rehearse and visualize!
This program in mindset coaching offers you an opportunity to take control with your life and your thoughts by recognizing, rehearsing and launching in collaboration with a coach new neural networks that reflect a proactive and happy you:

Recognition:
During the first phase the aim is to recognize which part of yourself that you would like to change. This involves dialogue with your coach to identify what it is that you feel gets in your way, why you react the way you do, feel the way you do, and perceive the way you do, and in what way you want it to change.

Rehearsal:
During the second phase we build on the awareness and understanding that we gained during the first phase, and create the ideal scenario that reflects what you would like to become in relation to a specific goal. This phase may require changes and adjustments to routines, which will set the stage for your mental rehearsal of the ideal you.

Demonstration:
During the last phase you put your rehearsal to the test and actually demonstrate and live what you have prepared and rehearsed. Most likely it will take a few attempts to get it right.
