How I work with my clients
It is important that we find the medium that will suit your needs and is compatible with your schedule. I offer the following ways of coaching, which can all be combined according to your needs.
Coaching sessions in person
This is the recommended form of life coaching, at least for the first session. There is usually no need to programme a certain amount of sessions in advance, but if so desired, I can indicate approximately how many sessions you will need in order to achieve your individual or business goal. We will usually meet at an appropriate venue near your office or home as long as it is within zone 1 and 2.
Coaching over the phone
Telephone coaching offers the flexibility you need. We can schedule a phone session in case a face-to-face meeting cannot fit in your schedule. The session can last as long as you wish but we usually recommend at least half an hour.
Follow-up sessions over the phone
In between sessions I offer follow-up sessions over the phone. These sessions are usually shorter and can take place during your lunch or coffee break. These follow-up sessions enable you to track your progress and discuss your needs as and when they crop up.
