About Your Life Coaching
For more than 10 years I have studied and worked in multinational contexts bringing experience from the US, India, Scandinavia, South Africa and the UK. With a background as a project manager in a wide range of industries and a consultant in cross-cultural communication, I specialize in working with individuals and corporate clients that hold high-pressured jobs that demand a willingness to change and develop.
I hold a post-graduate degree in Linguistic Psychology from Copenhagen University and a certificate in advanced Life & Business Coaching with Charles Bentley Associates in London. Furthermore, I specialized in cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution and collaborative negotiation at Columbia University, NY. This global approach, hands-on experience, and my continuous academic research ensure a cutting-edge approach to the coaching and training I deliver to my clients.
I offer a coaching process that is based on mutual respect, confidentiality, and appreciation of a transparent dialogue and coaching method. My life coaching is a collaborative and non-leading discussion to identify goals and objectives, achieve awareness, formulate plans and strategies, and initiate change that is life-changing.
My unique program in Mindset Coaching is a reflection of my continuous interest in neuroscience and neuroplasticity (the ability to rewire your neural networks). To change your mindset may involve changing deep seated patterns, but we have much more power and potential than we think to do so! It is the ultimate way of taking full responsibility for your life.
